wincmd.ini or totalcmd.ini ?

Hello everybody !

If this change is really needed, I suggest "tcmd.ini".

Development time to implement the modifications to obtain consistency can be considered as a problem, but one name or another, for end users, in my opinion, are not a problem !

I don't see any reason to change name of INI file. WC changed name to TC because of MS's whim that have no influence on INI file name. And, this name is used by all plugin and tool writers. At least, if you don't want to see wincmd.ini, create hardlink to it named TOTALCMD.ini or something else and hide original wincmd.ini - and enjoy:))))
