tcmatch.dll autoinstall

If in wincmd.ini user wrote a dll locaqtion (tcmatch= in [Configuration]), TC still installs tcmatch.dll from archive to Total Commander directory.
IMHO, TC should ask to overwrite dll from tcmatch= or, better, ask user where he wants to install it: to default path or to wincmd.ini defined dir.

Imho better to install to Plugins\QS\<Name> dir. So QS plugins can lie there all (and not replace tcmatch).
