Use folder+overlay icon instead of replacing the full icon

I want to request to display an overlay icon instead of replacing the whole icon for junction points. The overlay icon would be placed on top of the folder icon which would be displayed if the folder wouldn't be a junction.

Such an overlay icon usually takes a quarter of the whole icon. For the standard icon size 16²px an 8²px would have to be introduced to internal icon library (icon number 13).

Based on this thread, there is no overlay icon reported by windows.
Nevertheless, detecting a FILE_ATTRIBUTE_REPARSE_POINT attribute should not be resolved by an extra icon, but by a normal folder icon with special overlay icon.

BTW, I think that all objects with FILE_ATTRIBUTE_REPARSE_POINT attribute should be treated as reaprse points (symlinks for files and folders also) and have such overlay icon.
