confused about some plugins in here

I thought plugins had an extension like wlx or wfx etc but a couple I have donwloaded from here dont I would say they look like separate programs.
One called "force delete" only has a force del.exe file
could someone advice how I call that then from within TC
another sort of package called TC editors pack contains Hotkeyeditor.exe
again how do I call it from within TC or do you just run them seperate - in that case how are they plugins?

Be careful to read the text before you download.

On totalcmd.net they are split into:

  FS Plugins
  Lister Plugins
  Packer Plugins
  Content Plugins
  TC Utilities

Plugins are plugins like wfx, wlx, wcx, wdx and Utilities are separate programs.
