I installed Windows 7 x64 plus Office 2010 beta x64. Not an expert
I'm looking for the right plugins to use the Control Q command so as to view on the other panel the contents of Word 2010 docs, Excel 2010 docs, PDFs, pictures in different formats without opening those files or opening a separate lister.
Also is it available for W7 a plugin that allows to have extended menus with all the TC commands?

Let's say that Ctrl+Q just opens internal Lister window instead of target panel, so you need to see Office documents in Lister first of all.
In your case it is more important that you have 64-bit OS than that you have Windows 7. If your plugin wants to use some of 64-bit Office libraries, it can't because 32-bit process can't use 64-bit DLLs.
You may find a lot of plugins on totalcmd.net but I don't know if they will work with your 64-bit Office.

what I want to do is simple hover the cursor over a file and press Control Q (or whatever other key) and see on the other panel (if my file is on the left, to see it on the right; if my file is on the right, to see it on the left) the content of the file in the best original format possible, that is, if it is a Word file as much as possible as if it were opened that Word file in its own program.
I hope I am clear enough. Sorry if my computer lexicon is not correct.

Offtopic about menus: you should rename your custom menu file if you want to keep it after updating TC.

However I am still confused.
In TC what is the difference between "lister" and "viewer". Or in other words, what I am trying to do (see my previous post), that is, to see ANY file of ANY format on the other panel of TC, without opening ANYTHING, what is it called in TC?
And what is the default keyboard shortcut for what I am trying to do? Isn't it Control Q?

I will repeat one more time. TC has internal file viewer called Lister - it opens when you press F3 on any file (by default). And same Lister may be integrated into one of file panels when you press Ctrl+Q to enable quick-preview mode in which TC shows every focused file in Lister window in target panel. Lister opened separately or in file panel will show file in same way, so it is your choice how to view file. But if you want Lister to support viewing of file types unsupported by TC directly, you need to install lister plugins (WLX). Once installed, plugin will be loaded automatically when you view supported files.

yes, that's what I was looking for. Congrats I see you're the owner. I have though problems to install it. Try to follow directions but I couldn't. Once I have the folder tcmd750a_eng.zip out of the zip, what should I do?
