background transfer manager

how can i start background transfer manager independently?

example problem:
i have some files in queue and i want to shut down computer, but when i turn it on, i want to start background transfer manager and continue in transferring.
how can i do this?

this is not possible... maybe for a new version (save queue/restore queue)
