Why Total Commander is (not) so ugly

I do no think that these two screenshots support that T.C. is ugly by design:

@Karlchen, can you tell me please how did you manage to get lines in different colours? Where can I found this option?

I cant change the folder icons they stay the same

Try adding full path to the icl file:

IconLib=c:\totalcmd\myicons.icl
or
IconLib=%COMMANDER_PATH%\myicons.icl

I have tried this
IconLib=%COMMANDER_PATH%\*.icl
I thought the * would mean it would use any .icl file it found there so it would be easy to just change the file but maybe thats wrong I will try to name the exact file instead
Yep it works now that i named the file , thanks I am much happier now!
