%Commander_Path% with APPENDTABS not working

%Commander_Path% does not work when used for tab path with APPENDTABS in button bar.

Activetab= in tab file is not working either. There does not seem to be any way to give appended tab focus.

You MUST put the name in the "command" field, because the "PARAMETERS" field doesn't support any env vars, they would conflict with placeholders like %P%N. So
APPENDTABS %Commander_Path%\tabfile.tab

will work.
