This is how to recreate it:

Unzip file and get M2Combo.exe 3,761,690
Do Ctrl+PgDown on this file and you get it
Operation system Windows 2000

Also, I've got simular errors "report to author" several times after opening Services, looking on some of it and then closing it. Any operation in TC after it leads to error. Operation system WinXP Pro SP1a

Do you have any Packer plugin for .exe files installed?
I've tried it on WinXP Pro - no errors.
