Viewer in text-only mode flickering on mouse-click

Hi,

Just installed TC 7.56, opened history.txt in internal viewer, and noticed that when I click anywhere on the text, the text flickers, as if it is being redrawn every time I click. Can't remember anything like this before. I have Windows XP.

I cannot reproduce this under Windows XP. Maybe it is a font problem - what font are you using, and are you using antialiasing/cleartype?

Is it Lister itself that shows the file or is it any plugin (look in the title) ?

I cannot reproduce it either, I tried on two computers with XP (old Pentium III with 866MHz, Atom Netbook) and a new one with Windows 7, no problems.

There is a slight flickering when I double click to select some text, but I get the same in TC 7.55a too.

Hi all,

No I didn't use any plugin to view the file. The font I use is Courier New, not sure about antialiasing (writing from different machine now), but it is a pretty old laptop. I will try on some other machine as well.

I tried changeing from default font to Courier New, but I can still not reproduce the flickering.
