Undo selected panel change if network not accessible

Post by *ashus »

I have several panels containing UNC shared folders. Whenever I switch to that panel and the network share is not available, I am presented with a dialog to choose from local drives to switch to. I'd like to undo that click - select previous panel and keep the open network path in that panel for later use - when the resource is available again.

Nowadays I have to launch another instance of TC where the modified open panels are not saved yet, close the old one, close the new one (saving the unmodified panels over the bad one) and open TC again.

Yup, same for DVD drives, card readers, etc. Support++, again.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

You can use the option "locked but directory changes allowed" to keep the paths on these tabs.
