[Small bug TC6.01] submenu entry "--" has shortcut

1) Open the "Change Start Menu" dialog (menu option Start/Change Start Menu)
2) Select an entry above an entry which has a shortcut assigned to it
3) Click the "Add submenu" button
4) The new "--" entry has the same shortcut listed as the entry direct below
