[x64 B6] AlwaysCopyInBackground

Hi,

I activated AlwaysCopyInBackground in the wincmd.ini:

AlwaysCopyInBackground=2

1. I press F6 and the move dialog appears.
1.1 When I press ENTER, it starts copying in foreground instead of background.
1.2 When I click "OK", it starts copying in background as desired.

It should also start in background when I press ENTER.

23.10.11 Fixed: Press F5/F6 with alwayscopyinbackground=2 set: ENTER always copied in the foreground, while clicking on OK worked correctly (64)

I can confirm the fix with TC8.0ß7
