[8.0ß16-x64] Menubar color in inactive window

Windows 7 x64 Aero Glass theme
When a window looses focus, all text in it should switch to its inactive color (default gray). While this works in TC x32, it does not in TC x64. Specifically, the main menu bar keeps its active color.

I can confirm that. The code to handle it seems to be there in the Lazarus sources, but it doesn't work. I will try to find a workaround.

Classic theme has exactly the same problem... not fixed.

Sorry, but here it is still not fixed neither with aero theme, luna theme or classic theme in TC 8.0b17 - when XPthemeBG=0.

It works OK with XPthemeBG=1 except with classic theme (most likely because XPthemeBG has no effect with classic theme)

Sorry, this is currently only supported with themes ON.
