Beta18: missed non-existed strings in WCMD_ENG.LNG (x64)

Some users of English version prefer the loaded menu over the internal one because of option to add (or edit) some menu items. It seems that last loadable menu contains a bug, at least in x64 version. I use very simple file WCMD_ENG.LNG in the directory LANGUAGE (because TC doesn't have the original English LNG file, only the menu file):

Then: Configuration -> Options -> Language -> English (WCMD_ENG.LNG)
Then the "Debug" window appears several times with messages:

Error: String with ID Nr 1770 not found, please contact author!

Error: String with ID Nr 1762 not found, please contact author!

I have found the block with similar numbers in the German version, file WCMD_DEU.LNG, they are somehow linked to text and synchronisation (unfortunately my German knowledge is far from perfect). I can suppose that these strings were added to TC very recently and it expects them in external file simultaneously with external menu instead of usage of internal English strings.

Although a root of bug is the same, it occurred under different circumstances. Maybe this report will give another option to find and fix it, I hope.

This bug can also be replicated with
Configuration -> options -> Color

The cause of the both problems was the same, so this bug is fixed too in 8.0β19.
