Hello, Alessangelo.
What is the problem?
There are several problems:

A minor problem which might be corrected by the moderators easily is that you posted in the inappropriate Total Commander sub-forum. There is no hint whatsoever in your post that you have met a programme bug in Total Commander 7.57a.
If you had the correct sub-forum would have been TC7.56(a)/7.57 bug reports (English).
But your report does not give any hint that you have met a bug. So you should have posted in the general sub-forum Total Commander (English).

Ok. The more relevant problem:

Your report is lacking relevant details. So we have to ask first before being able to help.

Ok. The unregistered T.C. does not restrict you in any way. It is fully functional. No crippleware.
plugins:
ex2fs.wfx (installed)
DiskInternals_Reader.wfx (installed)
Ok. Are they in any way related to the problem?
it was possible to transfer 9 files to my computer
Hm. It might be relevant to know about which kind of file transfer you are talking here. Are you talking about FTP transfer? Are you copying files from a networked Windows share to your local machine? Or what else are you doing?
but now when i want to copy a file there comes an error message
Error by Downloading.....
Again it is pretty unclear what you are trying to do precisely.

And the very first thing which we would be interested in is which Windows version precisely you are using?

In one sentence:
Before anybody will be able to give any helpful answer, you should, please, explain step by step
+ what you are trying to do
+ what exactly you do (step by step)
+ and at which point an error occurs.

Kind regards,
Karl

First you should check that you have enough free space on the target drive. If the target is formatted with FAT32, it cannot hold files larger than 4 GB. Second, try to boot into Linux and check whether the files are readable. You may also try a scan of the file system to make sure that nothing is wrong.
