10 to come after 9 instead of after 1

Once upon a time I've read about a plugin which makes TC to show file numbers in a better way than the default.
This is the default displaying of numbers in TC:

The plugin I've read about changes the position where 10 is displayed and puts it right after 9.
The problem is that I can't remember the name of that plugin and my search on ghisler.com was unsuccessful.
So, does anyone remember that plugin and care to share the link to it?

You don't need any plugin, just go to menu Configuration - Options - Display and choose the last of the available sort methods.
