8.0 ftp upload bug

uploading a LARGE file ( it seems > 100 MB) the upload commences, then at 100% gets stuck. The file IS uploaded correctly but all other files in the queue are ignored.

Same goes for entire DIRs - it uploads one dir OK, then ignores the following in the queue.

I have a new server and need to upload 8 GB content - of course this way its ardous work.
