syncdir doesn't refresh dir info

I think syncdir should refresh it's directory info before comparing the files.
eg. when working with data on ftp servers I keep the sync dialog open and hit alt+c to compare and re-sync. However, that comparison is based on possibly obsolete file information and will overwrite newer files. The 'really overwrite' dialog doesn't help here, because I know that files have changed and immediately hit the overwrite-all button. Maybe it would be best to re-read the file modification dates of the both files and only syncronize if the dates match those stored by TC.
