directory right (read only) while updating a zip

i have a zip with a readonly-directory inside.
so i unzipped the directory, changed the rights and tried to rezip (mark, F5 for update) it again.
seems like only files get updated.
looking at the first few bytes of the .zip suggest, that there is an entry for the directory which tc omits while updating.

i am not looking for a workaround, just here to report that behaviour

Sorry, only files are changed when re-packing. This is by design.
