bugs in tc 5.51

When I try update or install some patches for win xp I recive somthing like this: This update can't be installed couse wrong system version!
Whit explorer patch can be installed.
This bug is from ver. 5.50

Be sure TC doesn't install anything to your XP system !
Thats the most powerful advantage of TC.
Everythig TC needs is located at the TC installation directory and this doesn't influence your XP at all.

You can even move the complete installed TC to a single floppy disk (without the help file and most of the language files of course)
Now the TC is still working but definitly out of access from XP and you will see : XP patches will still fail !

Sorry to say : Look for another program to blame .

Yes I know that.
The point is, that in v5.11 i could run wc and go for proper folder than run setup.exe from MS office... (for example)and installation was succesfully done. From v5.50 doing this i recived some error which inform me about wrong version system - more or less.
I will greatfull for any sugestion.
This situation is at the Microsoft products mainly. I hope!

This behaviour is mainly related to a wrong MS Office language version.

e.g. you cannot install an English MS Office on a NonEnglish WinXP (due to incompatible, language dependent DLLs)

Try to do the same setup using Windows Explorer (I now it sucks, but only to verify behaviour)

Both windows and ofice are in the same version of language.
I'm wondering why in earlier versions it works???
