To fk881: What exactly is your problem? I run ImgView every day both under XP and Windows 7.0 with Total Commander 7.56a without any errors or malfunctions. However, since quite a while, I use an improved new version which I did not yet publish so far because of a minor bug. As soon as my job allows me to put in some more time I will try to fix this. But if you would like to try this beta version right now let me know by private message or by e-mail (my e-mail address can be found on my homepage). I will then send you back the install file.

Since August 22 around noon UTC the standard link to my homepage http://www.fh-rosenheim.de/~diegelmann/index_English.htm is obviously broken (supposedly due to some major redesign of our university's web pages which somehow must have screwed up the forwarding of your requests to the hosting server www2.fh-rosenheim.de). Use the Imagine x64 plugin.
It contains all the required formats and functions.

Concerning your requests for a 64 bit version of ImgView: This TC plugin has been programmed with Delphi 7. Creating a 64 bit version would require upgrading my compiler to XE5 which Embarcadero charges us a fortune for. I apologize for this incompatibility with the 64 bit world, but since most of the TC plugins which I use (and that's quite a number) have not yet been upgraded to 64 bit I always use the 32 bit version of TC. Sorry, but for the time being this seems to be the easiest workaround.

By the way, right now the TC forum server is extremely slow as if it were implemented on a Zuse Z1 equipped with relays instead of transistors!

No, it doesn't

I use Ulister plugin for almost any format and it supports the EPS format.

Did you try Lazarus yet? I created the 64-bit version of TC with Lazarus because there was no 64-bit Delphi available then, and I think that the transition is easier than to Delphi XE (I have Delphi XE2 now too). Reason: Lazarus uses UTF-8 for controls, while Delphi XE uses UTF-16 Unicode.

Thank you for proposing the Lazarus solution. I have once tried Lazarus under some Ubuntu Linux distribution (on a very basic Hello-World-like project) and this has resulted in a series of incredible malfunctions and crashes, which I consider to be a rather discouraging experience. Second, ImgView makes extensive use of third party libraries of Mike Lischke, Anders Melander and Finn Tolderlund (of course, all with the written consent of the authors). Since these libraries have been developed with Delphi, I am not sure if migrating the ImgView project to the Windows version of Lazarus will not cause a large number of immediately visible and an even larger number of initially hidden bugs. But maybe Lazarus works just as well as Delphi XE5 (as far as I know, both use the same Free Pascal compiler engine). It's the extensive use of the VCL that worries me. Nevertheless, as soon as my current EU funded research project will allow me to spend some spare time on this ImgView issue, I will give it a try.
