When comparing two files by content, sometimes it's very necessary to hide equal lines.

Use ExamDiff for this.
Link is on Christians site.
Its free and has the option "Show only differences"
Make a button or start menu entry for it.

But it's not so convenient to launch external tool, and it's not even possible to launch it from Synchronise Dirs tool.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Workaround: you can copy the filenames into to the clipboard, from the fields on the compare window and then paste them into another compare application... eeeerrrm ... :roll:
