changed folder icons not shown on windows shares

Hi,

when I change the small icon of a folder this is shown pretty fine in TC. But when I have such a folder on a windows share this ist not shown in TC. The Windows Explorer does it.

Maybe good to know:
To change the icon of a folder on a windows share you have to do this locally on the windows server.

This is intentional because it would require reading of that subdir, which can be very slow over the network.

Speed is importand. But it's a pity the windows explorer seems to have no obvious speed problem.

Good to know that it is intentional.
