Can Comments be integrated with Win XP Explorer Comments? The Explorer comments do pop up with the file info but are not seen when viewing with cm_SrcComments. Probably adding Explorer Comments would be tricky but it should be straightforward to include them in the view.

cm_SrcComments doesn't show the Explorer comments because there isn't a single comment, there are a whole lot of comments (Author, Title, etc.) which would have to be shown, and there isn't enough space on a single line to show them all. But you can show them in the hint window by enabling Explorer-style hints in Total Commander.

Explorer Comments
Where in TC do you enable "explorer-style hints?"
I don't find anything in the Help files

Hi again !
• I suppose that Mr. Ghisler means:
Configuration >> Options >> Display >> Tick the box ->
"Win32-style tips with file comments (if available)"
• But if you have this option enabled already, I guess it's another issue…
* I seems that some comments are embedded in Windows, and can't be displayed in TC (even with the option above). In TC, the comments work with (hidden) files "descript.ion" or "files.bbs", while in Windows... it's invisible (I don't know in which way that works)! Another system is used I think.

An integration into the existing and already quite powerful comment concept would be very nice.
Of course there are many more meta informations then just comments. But for sure there is a section in office documents is called "comments".cm_SrcComments doesn't show the Explorer comments because there isn't a single comment, there are a whole lot of comments (Author, Title, etc.) which would have to be shown, and there isn't enough space on a single line to show them all.
