Christian is right. The idea is conceptually nice -- WINdows + MOBile -- but for an English-speaking audience it sounds like you're talking about a "win" mob or gang (as opposed to a "loosing" mob or gang). Because the word "mob" has a lot of emotive (not conceptual) impact. The reference to "MOBile" gets lost.
How about: TC WinMobile ?

Well, that 'Winning Mob' would be the brave tribe of Windows Mobile users, who in times of Android and iOS domination keep hanging on to trusty, good old Windows!
Joking aside, an English speaker will understand that it refers to Windows Mobile, certainly in the context of the Windows Store, and I don't think the 'mob'-part would cause controversy. Still, if you feel that it is too provocative, then 'Total Commander/WinMo' or even 'The WinMo Commander' might be good alternatives. Both WinMob and WinMo have been used in the past as abbreviations for Windows Mobile (but WinMo seems more popular).

Actually if to speak technically Microsoft itself is referring to Win 10 for phones as Win 10 Mobile, there are numerous related posts all over the net, so he's right on "Mobile" part.Tristis Oris wrote:is not technicaly right, first because win mobile is old OS. second, now other generation and win10 on desktop = win10 on phone.Patrick Boylan wrote:TC WinMobile ?

Stop this nonsense!
There is only one name for Total Commander and that name is Total Commander. Period.
If you want to rename it to make it appealing to the masses, great, but if you want to keep calling it by its proper name, just do that.
Seriously, talk to Microsoft if needed!
Although, it looks like there might be ways to recover the name without contacting Microsoft.
Although I usually don't trust Indian "programmers", these guys might be on to something: stackoverflow. com/questions/30370895/how-to-rename-reserved-app-name-given-for-windows-phone-store-app-for-beta-test
Seriously, don't cripple the Total Commander name!

There is hope! Recently Total Commander was moved from the Windows Phone store to the new combined Windows store - and now there is an option to make the listing public! I will try this once the LAN plugin part is working well.
So, please test the new LAN plugin to connect to your Windows or Linux PC!
