View Mode sort order doesn't work

That is, 1 view mode "1" is set with sort order by date (ext, size don't work either). Folder tab color and icon are working properly.
What am I doing wrong?

10.06.16 Fixed: View modes: Couldn't apply just different sort order without setting the view mode (brief, full etc) too (32/64)

Tested with TC 9 beta 3 on Win 7 x64. Started with described ini and sorting was by date as expected.
