Vertical ButtonBar hide/show

- Context menu "Hide button bar" on vertical bar doesn't work

- cm_VisButtonbar doesn't work (called from button bar, button bar 2)

Option | Layout | Show button bar 2 works fine.

Sorry, it's a but in 64-bit version only. I will fix it.
