Have no performance problems here - maybe you're running a high resolution?

Yes, it takes about 2 seconds, but I think it's normal, since ghostscript must make the bitmaps.

For all my testing pdf's it takes between 0.38 and 0.54 sec on an Athlon XP with 1.73 GHz.

Edit your iview.ini. In the line "explorer=.htm;.html;.plg;.mht;.xml;.xsl;.djvu;.pdf;" just don't put ".pdf".

Also comment (put a ";") before the lines:

;acrobat=.pdf;

and

;.pdf=""%PDF-""
[/quote]

Tried that, I also tried it with the AllowActiveX=1 and AllowActiveX=0

No luck.

Any other suggestions? as I do like to have both.

Maybe this can be useful: Ieview is my first Lister plugin. This position can be important. Try to put Ieview a number 0.

@Jp

i would suggest ,delete ieview and use the office.wlx to view htm(L),this works fine ,if you have the converters.
also for *.doc much better

Well, I hate to expose my ignorance, but here goes:

Oh! is that what that 0 is for? I didn't know it was the first number in a series. Now that I prefixed the pdfview with a 1 in the wincmd.ini, everything works just fine.

Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.

I've just released pdfview.wlx v.0.93!

Changes (since v.0.92):

Code: Select all

[2003-03-09] FIX: unlimited scrolling range at line-down and line-left
[2003-03-09] FIX: quickview window lost focus after showing the page dialog when in quickview mode.
You can download it from
http://www.mp3tag.de/download/tc/wlx_pdfview_093.zip

With best regards,

Version 0.93: it hangs when I try to return to the previous page using Page UP.
