Folder tab icon display priority

For such a reason, drive icon have a priority in tab title over user-defined icon. This is wrong because user wish is first.

What is the reason of the user defined icon that changes, when you browse to the root of the drive? In ideal there should be an opportunity to change that priority, but simply the custom icon should have higher priority than any auto-icon.

Currently the order by which icons are applied is the order shown in Configuration - Options - Folder tabs - >>. I don't currently see how the user could influence this order.

Simply just remove the chekmark in "For local drives" in the Configuration -> Options -> Folder tabs -> [>>] (button) dialog....
