Default icon library

he 9th version of appeared a new button - "Set default icon library".
But I'll never know how to add new libraries, which specify them.
All that I see in this dialogue, it is the standard icons in the 1st category. And not active 2st category.

My personal library of icons has grown to 20 mb. I would not mind to split it on the separate.

Later betas and the final release will include at least 2 libraries, and the dialog is there to let the user choose which one he wants to use.

I would like to see in future versions:
- The ability to store these libraries are not in the root folder.
- Choice of the library for the main menu icons
- I would not hurt to make the background of vertical bars supporting the win XP / vista / 7 (ie, a horizontal bluish).
- The vertical bar empty cells look like a vast area the size of the icon, not as a horizontal - dividing line.

Question Where can I list everything that I would like to see in the new version of TC?
