Error update cannot overwrite REGISTER.RTF for non admin

Update TC without admin rights and with UAC on, on windows 10 gives an unable to overwrite REGISTER.RTF error and aborts.

This means that you have installed TC to a directory like "Program files" where only admin users have write rights. register.rtf just happens to be the first file to be copied.
