When renaming something, when selecting text, the floating "cut, copy, etc" bar either completely covered up the words or cobra the select handles.

Sorry, cannot reproduce with any of my devices. I'm using a standard Android edit box. It may be an Android 7 bug, but I cannot test this because none of my Nexus devices (Nexus 5, 7 2012 and 7 2013) will get Android 7.

No, this pop-up is entirely created by the Android system itself, the apps don't have any influence on its location.
What about other edit boxes in Total Commander, do they have the same problem? The biggest is the built-in text editor, it uses the same edit box control.
