1. Enter in zip or rar archive
2. Select files to copy from second panel
3. When press copy - files replace on second panel without replace files question

Unpacking has a separate option "Overwrite existing files", which is unchecked by default. If you check it, TC will not ask when unpacking. This is present mainly for external unpackers, where TC adds a switch to the command line to avoid confirmation messages.
