Compare by content - No rescan on Case sensitive

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Compare by content - No rescan on Case sensitive

Post by *Rein de Jong »

Hi,

When comparing a file with case differences no reread/rescan take place when (un)checking this box. You have to close and reopen the Compare by content.

It is always like this, we have to re-compare each time check/uncheck any option, just press compare button again, no need to close and reopen.

Yes, this is intentional, so you can change multiple options without causing a (slow) re-compare on each click.
