[TC9 RC2 (from B6)] Apply directly applies in view mode

I'm not sure if this behaviour is intentional, but when creating a new view mode, and click the apply button the layout is applied to the current TC window.

Reproduce:
- Start fresh TC
- Go to configuration - View modes
- Add... and enter a name
- choose background 1 color
- choose Apply

Win10 x64 + TC x64 Behaviour is there from beta6 onwards

Yes, this is intentional - it's the same as when you define a new custom columns view. It should let the user see how the view mode looks like in the program itself.
