No, the problem with English is that there is no wcmd_eng.inc included. The TOTALCMD.INC file has a different format.

You are right. The facts that there is a wcmd_eng.inc - but that you have to be something of a sleuth to find it ( https://plugins.ghisler.com/languages/wcmd_eng.zip ) makes it understandable that it wasn't obvious for the thread starter to get one in this case.
