Difficult to center panel separator with double click

Since TC 9 on my system is quite complicated to center de separator panel with a double click.

Steps:
- Move the panel separator to the left completely (ctrl + drag the separator to 0%)
- Now make double click in separator.

For me in most of cases, the separator move a 0.2% to the right before the second click. As consecuence the separator does not detect the double click and does not go to the center.

OS: Windows 10. - TC 9.0beta.

On my system this is the case also, everything below 0.6% won't accept the doubleclick to revert to center.

Win10, x64, both versions of TC give the same result.

It may be another symptom of the same issue:

1) Make panel separator centered (50.0%)
2) Hide vertical button bar
3) Show vertical button bar
4) Now panel separator is at 50.2%

With new version TC9 RC3, it works again as before in TC 8.5x. Thanks.
