P.F.M. functionality in TotCmdr ?

I was wondering if there is any way to get the legendary PFM (Personal File Manager), command line functionality in TC.
With PFM you could run the command line on all tagged files, with the names of the tagged files as variable in the command line.

simple example cmdline:
mkdir [filename]^move [filename.ext] [filename]

which would create a subdir for every tagged file woth the name of the file without the extension, then moving the file in it's own subdir.
