There is a possible error in Wcmd_cz.mnu on the line 131.
The "HELP_BREAK" causes the entire Help menu to be hidden.
Could you please delete the said line in future versions? Thanks.

If HELP_BREAK is used, which is the defalt, the "Help" item is all the way out to the right side of the menu bar - it is not hidden.
So look in the right side for your "Nápovĕda" menu item.
