Yes but what if it's not marked nor focused, what then? i.e. the user doesn't see what file in the target pane will be passed... he only sees one marked and focused file in one pane and _nothing_ in the second, what then?

Nothing dangerous happens - he just will see comparison of marked file and focused target file (invisible) - that's how we (at least me) worked before: I focused (or marked) file in left pane and focused (or marked) file in right pane and pressed Compare. Now (thanks to your tool) we have ability to just select two files in source pane and make comparison. But to save ability to compare files in different folders we must find workaround. I suggested mine. If someone finds out smth else - we'd be glad to hear and discuss what's better.

JackFoo, an idea (to satisfy both those who need /F before /L, and those who need /F after /L): instead of /F parameter make two parameters: /P (prepend to list) and /A (append to list). What do you think about this?
