Language change problem in plugins

If I change the language from german to english, the menus of the Cloud, sftpplug and WebDAV plugins are still in german. Also after restart of Total Commander.

Plugins normally have their own settings regarding the language, or they use the OS's language. Since SFTP and WebDAV plugins don't have a language setting, I suppose it's the latter.

Indeed these plugins use language-specific resources which are determined by the system language.
