Unable to close a tab next to a non-existed tab

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Unable to close a tab next to a non-existed tab

Post by *scegg »

Try to do this:

1 Create a tab, nav it to a folder, lock this tab.
2 Create another tab next to it, nav to another folder.
3 Delete the folder related to step 1.
4 Now try to close the tab created in step 2. -> it cannot be closed. unless the tab 1 closed first.

What happens is that TC tries to switch to locked tab 1, but since it fails, TC has to go to a different directory. But since this isn't allowed on a locked tab, TC has to create a new tab.

Understandable, coz i'm a programmer also.

Just think that it should be closed.

It's not related to programming but pure logic. The settings the user set (locked tab) disallow the closing of the tab.
