Can't delete filename with emoticons

Have a file with this name:

Kaby Lake = 💙💙💙.mp4

When trying to delete it gives error.

How did you create it? I tried these methods:
1. Renamed a file to this name directly on Android. -> Could delete it just fine.
2. Tried to upload a file with this name via USB to the device -> it doesn't even show up in Total Commander...

I did it this way:

1) Download and install jDownloader 2 on Windows:
http://jdownloader.org/download/index

2) With jDownloader, download any youtube video containing smileys. For example this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAiH6rdr78Q

3) Now copy the video to the smartphone using MTP. In the smartphone it will generate a file with 0 bytes size (probably it's an android bug).

4) Try to delete the file from android. It fails. However, on Windows it works.

You have to delete the file from windows using MTP

Correction: you have to delete the folder containing the file from MTP.
