Is there a way to change color of the gray framing of TC?

Is there a way to change color of the gray framing of TC? I would like to change the color to black instead of the basic Windows gray. With that I would need to change the font color of all affected. Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 doesn't allow black as a default color. Even with dark selected as a theme, if I try to do a custom color of black it gives msg that the color is not supported. I have other apps installed where the color is black so I guess TC needs to add this function to the program itself.
