If (on a tablet) I tap in the middle of Lister and move my finger up/down, it won't scroll (as it does with some other apps). Is this a supposed behavior or a bug? (I can only scroll by tapping on the side scrollbar.)
Also, the smooth scrolling issue (which we already talked about a while ago) is still there. That is, even though I've turned off "smooth scroll list boxes" setting in Windows, the Lister uses that slow smooth scrolling. That's on a fresh Windows 10 64-bit tablet (using TC 64-bit).

Lister isn't using a Listbox, it's a normal top level window with scrollbars. Unfortunately I don't know how to enable scrolling by tapping. There must be a function hidden deeply in the Windows API, but who knows what it is...

Can you look at this problem again?
Possible something was changes in Windows API. For example, touch-scroll work in Search results list.

Re: Lister and touch screen
Strangely, I can scroll Lister with a finger on the touch screen in text, binary and hex mode on Windows 10.
