SD cards names in TC4A views

On my device with Android 4.3.1 TC4A 2.80 final in its main view, i.e. when TC4A is launched normally, in home folder it shows the name of storage/sdcard as Internal storage and the name if storage/extsd is SD-card.

However, when I send a file to TC from other app (for example the phone contact book offers "Send to" option to export/save the contact as .vcf file to another app, including TC), TC4A 1-panel window which works as Save As dialog shows storage/sdcard name as SD-card and the storage/extsd name as SD-card (2).

In that post I mentioned this SD cards names change which I thought may be related to Android version update, but since now we see that this naming is different in the views of current TC version on Andoid 4.3.1 it's also possible that it may be a change from one of previous TC 2.80 betas that I had installed before update to a final one. If so, I think there's a bug here: the naming of SD cards should be the same in both TC views.

I changed the names in main TC because usually the internal memory no longer is an SD card. I didn't change the names in the file open/save dialog yet.
