I fixed the crash reported in that thread. Currently it's not planned to make it work in non-elevated TC. It would require extensive changes to tcmadmin.exe. There isn't enough time for that before the release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3
x64: Clients/Servers from Win7 to Win11 and Win2K12Srv to Win2K22Srv, mainly Win10 though.
