Vertical toolbar

If i use vertical toolbar for menu dropdown buttons, created menus overlaping other buttons, thus press another (covered) button needs additional click.

Now it's a right picture rather than this

This isn't a bug - the dropdown window is shown below the button, just like a dropdown combobox.
