[9.11RC3 ]Old "History.TXT" in tc912x32_64_rc3.exe

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

In the Package tc912x32_64_rc3.exe, the File "History.TXT" is out of Date...

History.txt is ok and contains the RC3 news

Not confirmed either. Maybe you re-downloaded RC2 by mistake?
